Easy! Use the Super Mario 3D World theme and put a Super Bell in your level. Mario will transform into Cat Mario and can climb walls and swipe at enemies.
To become a cat in Super Mario Maker, you'll need to use the Cat Mario power-up from the Super Mario 3D World theme. Just place a Super Bell in your level, grab it, and watch Mario transform into Cat Mario, complete with climbing and claw-swiping abilities!
You can't *really* be a cat, but you can turn into Cat Mario using the Super Bell in Super Mario Maker 2. Just grab one in the 3D World style level!
