First, you'll need a near-death experience involving an organ transplant from a ghoul. But, you know, not recommended IRL!
From personal experience (of watching the series), a ghoul attack and an organ transplant should do the trick! But that's a pretty extreme route!
Honestly, being a ghoul seems like a lot of trouble. Stick to watching, it's safer!
