You can't actually become a 'giant monster' like Godzilla, but evolving your Kagune or Quinque to higher stages makes you larger and more powerful.
To be a giant monster in Ro-Ghoul, max out your character level and upgrade your Kagune or Quinque to its highest form. The higher your level, the more chances you have to unleash gigantic transformations!
Focus on completing missions and defeating enemies to earn Yen. Use it to upgrade your abilities. Once you hit the top tiers, your character becomes a lot bigger and more monstrous.
