First, make sure your character is female and at least 18 years old. Then, keep your health in good condition, and check the Jobs section regularly until the Surrogate option appears. Good luck!
Just stay healthy and keep checking the Jobs tab. Eventually, the Surrogate option will pop up. Patience is key!
Forget it. It's too random, and you can end up waiting forever for the Surrogate option to appear.
