Easiest way? Look up an online guide for peyote plant locations. There's one that turns you into a bird near the top of Mount Chiliad. Super cool view from up there!
Honestly, I think turning into animals is overrated. Why be a pigeon when you can fly a jet, am I right?
Just a heads up, some animals can do stuff others can't. Like, birds can fly, but if you're a cat, you're stuck on the ground. Choose wisely!
