Just give Alex what he loves and talk to him. Works like magic.

To be friends with Alex in Stardew Valley, you'll wanna hit the beach cause he loves hangin' there during the summer. Gifts are key! Alex totally digs Complete Breakfast and Salmon Dinner. But if you can't whip those up yet, go for the universal likes such as Eggs (except Void Eggs), all Fruit (except Salmonberry and Fruit Tree Fruit), and Milk. Steer clear of Quartz and Holly though, he's not a fan. Chat with him every chance you get and don't forget to give him a gift on his birthday, Summer 13, for extra friendship points!

Honestly, Alex is overrated. Why not befriend someone else? There are plenty of other townsfolk with interesting stories.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
