Flanking is key! Team up with other agents to pincer the rogue. Hit them from multiple angles and they won't know where to hide.
Honestly, just run. Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. No shame in booking it and living to fight another day!
Use pulse skills to track the rogue's movements. Knowing where they are at all times will give you a huge advantage in planning your attacks.
Stay calm and keep your distance! Use cover to your advantage and try to pick them off from a safe spot. Make sure to use skills like turrets or drones to keep the heat on them and force them out of cover.
