Aim for Chroma's elemental weaknesses! Fire Chroma hates ice, Ice Chroma hates heat. Bring the right elemental weapons and you'll smash him.
Honestly, just bring a tanky Warframe and a big ol' gun. Keep shooting and dodging鈥攜ou'll get him eventually.
I took Frost Prime with high armor and shields. His defensive abilities made Chroma's attacks a lot less painful, and I could whittle him down with my primary weapon.
