Just spam low kicks and sweeps. Dr. B can't block low hits effectively, so you'll have him down in no time.
Use a character with good low attacks! Dr. B is always lying down, so attacks like Kazuya's Hell Sweep or Law's Dragon Tail work wonders.
Got him by spamming Bryan’s low punches. Seriously, it’s like he has no answer to them!
