Honestly, just get a group of experienced players, follow their lead, and you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.
Use a Warframe with Energy Vampire or Blessing, like Trinity, to sustain the team. Communicate with your squad for synchronized attacks and you'll take those giants down efficiently.
