I always found success by using characters with quick moves, like Law or Paul. Stay aggressive and don’t give him a chance to use his devastating fireball attack!

Experience speaking: use Devil Jin and spam his laser from a distance! It takes a bit of practice to get the timing right, but it just melts Jinpachi!
