Just keep at it and try using the Rainbow Blast. It helped me finish the level after a few tries.
You need to prioritize breaking the lemonade glasses. Match next to them early and use boosters wisely!
Level 243 is tricky! Focus on creating bombs and rockets early on. Combo them for big blasts to clear the board faster.
