Level 429 can be tricky but here's what worked for me: focus on making combinations at the bottom of the board to trigger cascades that clear more pieces automatically. Also, prioritize using rockets to clear rows or columns that have the most obstacles. Save your power-ups and try to combine them, like the bomb and the paper plane, for bigger impacts!
Tried 30 times, still stuck. I think it's impossible without spending money on extra moves or boosters.
Honestly, found level 429 easier than others. Just play smart & focus on power-ups.
