Focus on stamina management. Dodge Mira's big attacks and counter when he's vulnerable. You'll also want to equip some healing capsules to stay in the fight longer. Trust me, they make a huge difference!
Honestly, just power level your character and spam your most powerful moves. Worked for me without breaking a sweat!
Use a character with strong Ultimate attacks. When Mira charges his ki, that's the perfect moment to hit him hard. Meteor Crash and Big Bang Kamehameha work fantastically!
