Roof levels in PvZ can be tough, but the key is to use Cabbage-pults since they can lob veggies over the roof's angle. Always start by planting Sunflowers (or Twin Sunflowers if you've got 'em) for that sweet, sweet sun. Then, get a solid row of Cabbage-pults going. As you advance, mix in Kernel-pults for their butter paralysis magic. Don't forget to use Flower Pots for expanding your plantable area! And for those pesky ladder zombies, keep a few Squashes or Jalapenos handy to take 'em out with a boom.

Don't sleep on the Umbrella Leaf! Those Bungee Zombies won't know what hit 'em. Pair it with a good mix of offensive plants like Cabbage-pults and Kernel-pults, and you're golden. Also, Melon-pults for those heavier waves, because when in doubt, watermelon them out.
Just spam Cabbage-pults and pray. Worked for me.
