Use a character with good anti-air moves. Seth loves to jump around, so make him regret it each time he does.
Seth can be a total nightmare! Focus on blocking his Sonic Booms and teleport shenanigans, then punish when he misses a move. Patience is key!
Roll up your sleeves and learn Seth's patterns. Every boss has one, and once you figure it out, he's toast.
Honestly, spamming low kicks worked for me. Keep him grounded and he can't pull off his crazy moves!
