From my experience, Shadow Lugia hates a Zekrom or a Rampardos. Melt it with those and you’ll be golden!

Honestly, just bring a strong Electric-type like Electivire, and you can zap Shadow Lugia down pretty quickly.

To beat Shadow Lugia, use Electric, Rock, and Ice-type Pokémon. Try Raikou, Tyranitar, and Mamoswine for effective results!
