Honestly, just spam projectiles. Snake may have great setups, but he doesn't handle constant pressure very well.
Timing is everything. Wait for Snake to pull out a grenade or plant a C4, then go in for the attack while he's occupied.
I found that using a character with good aerial mobility works wonders. Snake struggles to defend against aerial assaults, so take to the skies and rain down pain!
Good ol' Pikachu with quick attacks and speed can throw Snake off his game. Shock him and keep the pressure on!
