Okay, first up, gear up with the best armor, weapons, and potions you can muster. You'll want weapons that can hit from a distance since getting up close to the Moon Lord is a recipe for disaster. Build yourself a decent-sized arena with platforms to dodge his attacks and consider placing some honey, heart lanterns, and campfires around to boost health regeneration. Don't forget to summon your minions if you're going the summoner route. And seriously, keep moving!

Beat the Moon Lord? Easy. Just don't get hit. ? Seriously though, stockpile as many buff potions as you can and keep moving. Mobility is key!

When I beat the Moon Lord, I used a Rail System across my world. Just kept moving on a minecart and shooting. Took a few tries, but it worked. Keep those healing potions handy and don't forget to duck and weave through those lasers!
