It's all about timing with the cannons. Once you get the hang of it, she's toast!
Just keep moving and shooting! Grab the weapons quickly as soon as they drop.
I did this last week! Focus on dodging her attacks and when the cannons spawn, aim fast and true. That should do the trick!
