Use Loki's Decoy ability to distract the Sentinels and then unleash your strongest weapons on them while they're busy shooting at your hologram!
Forget Decoy. Use Invisibility and a good melee weapon like Nikana. You're an assassin, not a magician.
I always found that a combination of Invisibility to approach and Radial Disarm to disable their ranged attacks works wonders. They can't shoot you if they don't have guns, right?
