I've done this! First, keep your character's happiness high and stay active in religious activities. At some point, you should see the option to become a deacon.

To become a deacon in BitLife, make sure your character is religious! Attend religious activities often and choose 'Meditate' or 'Pray' frequently. Eventually, you鈥檒l get the option to become a deacon.
