To become an exorcist in BitLife, make sure your character has high Smarts, then go to the Occupation section and look for the 'Priest' or 'Clergy' job. Work hard and climb the ranks, eventually you'll be offered exorcism gigs!
My character became an exorcist by starting as a priest. Just look for the clergy job in Occupations and work your way up. Easy peasy!
