Basically, just start by completing quests until you get to a level where you can fight Muzan. After beating him, you'll have the option to turn into a demon.
To become a demon in Project Slayers, you need to find Muzan and get him to turn you. He's usually in one of the villages at night.
Talk to Muzan at night, and make sure you're prepared for a fight. He'll turn you into a demon if you survive.
