Honestly, I became Fire Chief by just staying in the Firefighter job and keeping my stats up. Promotions eventually came my way!
Start with high Smarts and good health. Get a degree in Fire Science or a related field, then apply for a Firefighter job. Work hard, stay fit, and get promoted!
You won't need a degree, but you do need to be really fit! Get the Firefighter job, put in the hours, and you'll get there.
