Pro tip: Just use the joystick/d-pad and hold back to block. For low blows, hold down-back. Easy peasy!

All you gotta do is hold back on the joystick or direction pad to block. For low attacks, hold down-back instead. Voila, damage reduction!

Blocking in Street Fighter 5 is simple! Just hold back (away from your opponent) to block high attacks and stand blows, and hold down-back (crouch + away from your opponent) to block low attacks.

If I can block, anyone can! Hold back for normal attacks and down-back for low attacks. Good luck!
