Blocking in Street Fighter Alpha 3 is as simple as holding back on the control stick or D-pad when an opponent attacks. Just make sure you're not pressing any attack buttons while doing so!
Just hold back while facing your opponent to block. Easy peasy!
I have never been able to block.
Pressing back on the stick or pad does the trick. Remember: don't be pressing any other buttons!
