Easiest way: Update your hosts file via Terminal. Run `sudo nano /etc/hosts`, add `127.0.0.1 instagram.com`, save it, and voilà!

You can block Instagram on your Mac by editing the hosts file. Open Terminal and type `sudo nano /etc/hosts`. Add `127.0.0.1 www.instagram.com` at the end, save and exit. Done!
