Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't have a block feature. However, you can remove followers and set your profile to private.
Blocking people on Spotify isn't possible right now. But you can always unfollow them or make your activity private.
Just a heads up, Spotify doesn't have a block option. But making your playlists private does the trick for some privacy!
