You can use browser extensions like AdBlock Plus or uBlock Origin to help reduce the number of sponsored ads you see on Facebook.
I always hide the annoying ones and use 'Why am I seeing this?' to make my feed a bit more relevant.
Unfortunately, you can't completely block sponsored ads on Facebook, but you can hide individual ads by clicking the three dots in the top right corner and selecting 'Hide Ad.'
