Just unfollow people. Easy peasy.
To block unwanted posts on Facebook, you can unfollow people whose posts you don't want to see, or adjust your News Feed Preferences.
Been there, done that! I found using the 'Hide all from [source]' option super helpful for keeping my feed clean.
