Just go into the game's settings, set it to windowed mode, drag it over to the other monitor, and then switch back to full screen. Easy peasy!

Alt + Enter to switch to windowed mode and drag it across. Works for me every time!

First-hand experience here: I use DisplayFusion. It lets you easily move applications between monitors with a hotkey. Works like a charm!
