To build a Laser Cutter, you need to scan fragments to get the blueprint, then gather 2 diamonds, 1 battery, 1 titanium, and 1 cave sulfur. Assemble everything at the Fabricator and boom, laser time!

First, find the blueprint fragments for the Laser Cutter in wrecks around the Safe Shallows, Kelp Forest, or Grassy Plateaus. After that, collect diamonds (found in deep biomes like the Jellyshroom Cave), a battery (copper ore and acid mushrooms), titanium (common in metal salvage), and cave sulfur (inside sulfur plants guarded by Crashfish). Use your Fabricator to craft it.

Ugh, just get the blueprint from scanning fragments, and gather 2 diamonds, 1 battery, 1 titanium, and 1 cave sulfur. Craft at the Fabricator.
