Building a winning Pokemon TCG deck starts with choosing a strong theme or focusing on a specific type (like Water or Fire). Make sure your deck has a good balance of Pokemon, Trainer, and Energy cards. Typically, a 60-card deck with around 15-20 Pokemon, 30 Trainer cards, and 10-15 Energy cards works well. Don't forget to include a mix of Basic and Evolution cards to ensure you can always play something powerful!

Hot take: Just stack your deck with the strongest cards you have. Who needs strategy when you've got power?

I've been playing Pokemon TCG for years, and the best advice I can give is to play lots of Trainer cards. They can totally change the game in your favor. Also, don't underestimate the power of Energy cards. Sometimes those extra few Energy cards can be the difference between winning and losing.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
