You'll need to have your house build up to at least two stories. Once you've added the second floor (via the Home Store), just create rooms like you would on the ground floor!
Easiest way: Tap 'Home Store,' then 'Rooms.' Choose 'Second Floor' and drag to build. Done!
As someone who's built a rooftop garden up there, trust me: just use the 'Rooms' tab and pick 'Second Floor'鈥攕uper simple!
