How to Build a Wall Bed in Bloxburg
First, go into Build Mode, head to the Beds section, and select a bed. Position it so it looks like it's next to a wall. Use 'Structural' items to create the illusion of a fold-out bed by placing thin walls or beams around it.

Honestly, there's no actual 'wall bed' item. But if you really want one, use your imagination and some structural items to create one! That's what I did!
You can't actually build a wall bed in Bloxburg. The game doesn't have that feature.
