Building a workbench in Animal Crossing is pretty straightforward once you nab the DIY recipe for it. First, you gotta catch some DIY workshop action with Tom Nook at Resident Services. He'll hook you up with your first recipe! Then, gather the necessary materials—wood and iron nuggets. Hit some trees and rocks to collect these. Once you've got everything, head over to any existing workbench, select the workbench recipe, and craft it! Voila, your own personal crafting station is ready.

Just talk to Tom Nook, dude. He gives you the lowdown on all things DIY including the workbench. Collect wood and iron nuggets, then hit up a crafting station.

Honestly, I just bought mine at Nook's Cranny. Sometimes you just gotta spend those bells!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
