Go to your crafting book, find the effigies section, and just follow the instructions! Place the blueprint, gather the necessary items (like sticks and rocks), and build away. It's like playing with LEGO, but creepier!
Hit 'B' to bring up your crafting book, navigate to the effigies section, place the blueprint, then gather and add resources as needed. Easy peasy!
