Just get the blueprint, grab some Titanium, Copper Ore, Gold, and a Table Coral Sample. Build it with the Habitat Builder. Simple as that!

You'll need the Scanner Room blueprint, which you can find in wrecks around the Grassy Plateaus or the Kelp Forest. Once you've got that, gather the materials and use your Habitat Builder. Happy scanning!
