You can't directly buy Bitizenship for a friend in BitLife. However, you can purchase an iTunes or Google Play gift card and give it to them. Then they can use it to buy Bitizenship themselves!

As someone who's tried, you can't buy Bitizenship directly for a friend. Just get them a gift card instead!

Sadly, BitLife doesn't have a gifting option for Bitizenship. Your best bet is to gift your friend a Google Play or App Store gift card.
