I tried it myself: go to Roblox, choose how much Robux you want, and select Globe load as your payment method. Follow the prompts, and bam, done!

You can buy Robux using your Globe load by selecting Globe Telecom as your payment option in the Roblox app. Just choose the amount you want, follow the on-screen instructions, and you're good to go!
