Just to clear it up: iTunes purchases for V-Bucks are a no-go on consoles. It's pretty much a mobile/iOS exclusive thing.
You can't use iTunes to buy V-Bucks on a console. I tried this myself, and I had to use my console's store instead. Save yourself the trouble and stick to the built-in store options for consoles.
