To calculate the pot, you just need to look at the sum of the base stats (physical power, spell power, and health) of an item when it's maxed out. Easy peasy!
From my experience, you can just take the base stats of any item (physical power, spell power, health) once it's fully upgraded and sum them up to get the pot!
Simple answer: check the maxed item stats and sum them up.
