Just did this last week鈥攇o into your PayPal app, hit the Activity tab, tap on the pending payment, and you should see the 'Cancel' option. If not, you might be outta luck unless you contact customer service.
Spoiler alert: sometimes you can't cancel a pending payment. Call PayPal support if you don't see the option.
Open the PayPal app, go to Activity, find the pending payment, then tap 'Cancel' if available. Easy peasy!
