Go to account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, log in, and navigate to Subscriptions. You'll see the option to cancel your PS Plus there.

Just head to the Sony Entertainment Network website, sign in with your PSN account, then go to the 'Subscription' section and cancel from there. Easy peasy!
