Go to your PlayStation console, navigate to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions, and select 'Cancel Automatic Renewal.' Easy peasy!

Log in to your PlayStation Network account on the official PlayStation website, go to the 'Subscriptions Management' section, and cancel your PS Plus subscription there.

I canceled mine through the PlayStation app. Just go to your profile, find 'Subscription Management,' and hit 'Turn Off Auto-Renew.' Worked like a charm!
