Sign in at Sony's account management site, find 'Media' or 'Services' in the menu, and you'll see an option to cancel your PS Plus subscription.

Easy! Just go to the PlayStation website, log into your account, click on the 'Subscriptions Management' section, and cancel from there.

Honestly? Easier to cancel from a PlayStation console, but if you must use a computer, sign into your PlayStation account online and navigate to the subscription section.
