Head to the Xbox website, sign in, go to 'Services & Subscriptions,' find your Xbox Live subscription, and click 'Manage' to cancel. Easy peasy!

I've canceled mine before; just go to the subscriptions page on the Microsoft website and hit the cancel button next to Xbox Live. Takes like two minutes!
