Here's the trick: Start the siege with your first army. Move your additional armies close by so they can assist when you initiate the attack. Boom, easier win!

All you have to do is set up a siege with one army and position your other armies within reinforcing range. Then launch the attack with your primary army. Enjoy the victory!

Simple! Position your main army at the settlement and click the siege button. Then, bring your other armies close enough to reinforce during the battle.

Just stack your armies near the target settlement. Commence the siege with one and let the others reinforce. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
