Honestly, just walk around with your net out and hope for the best. It's how I caught mine after failing a hundred times using strategies.

Gotta say, it's all about the timing. Wait for the scorpion to notice you but don't swing your net until it's literally about to attack. That split-second timing works wonders.

Catching a scorpion in Animal Crossing City Folk can be a bit tricky, but it's totally doable with patience and a little bit of strategy. First, make sure you're hunting during the scorpion's active hours, which are from 7 PM to 4 AM. You'll also want to walk, not run, since running scares them away. Keep your net ready at all times, and when you spot one, approach it slowly. If it raises its pincers, stop moving until it lowers them. Then, when you're close enough, swing your net. Good luck!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
